This is the entrance gate of Festança 2025! The 1st thing you will see and feel!
Here you can exchange or buy your ticket, as well as get all the information you need.
It serves 2 meals a day at a fair price! Located near the bar.
Where you find local craft beer, local wine, cider, infusions with local plants, and other non-alcoholic beverages, and more.
Here, you can set up your tent for free (if in the camping area) and park your van (if in the van camping area) with a prior reservation.
The showers are located near the beach. The site has plenty of shade and well water for drinking.
Please occupy as little space as possible, as other vans will also need to park in the designated van area.
Outside of the site. Cars won’t be able to enter in the venue unless you are an artist or staff for obvious reasons, and temporarely.
There are bathrooms with all conditions at the site. We ask you to please keep them clean so that there is harmony. Toilets/bathrooms are close to the Permanent Culture area.
There are 2 options: You will have access to showers in the bathrooms near the Permanent Culture are or near the beach. So, for all those who want to take a bath, they have that option. The water is not heated, but in summer, it actually feels refreshing. We kindly ask you to keep the facilities clean to ensure harmony for everyone.

You will have several recycling bins and containers scattered around the festival’s so that we can all keep the place clean!
Offered services
You can enjoy the fantastic food we’ll have at Festança! There will be options ranging from vegetarian and vegan dishes to more traditional omnivorous meals, always as healthy as possible.
Between dances, recharge your energy with delicious, healthy, tasty, nutritious, hot, and freshly made meals! Perfect to keep you going strong throughout the festival.
A meal at the festival’s canteen includes: Main dish + Lemonade + Fruit. You’ll also find other food stalls offering carefully selected treats!
The festival bar will offer you all kinds of drinks, as healthy as possible. We have plenty of exciting options! To give you a taste, we have everything from elderflower champagne to Tepache!
There is very good water, which comes from a well. The access to this water is free.
There are some electricity points across the site to charge small appliances.
The market stalls will be spread throughout the site, and will offer handicraft products, healthy food, and alternative therapy services, among other services. We strongly recommend you to spend a good part of your time here!
You have access to an area where you can enjoy the food you buy or bring. It has lots of benches and tables and also lots of shade!
The community kitchen will be located in the Food Forest area. Here, you can wash your dishes in the available sinks and use the provided grills to cook your own food (when the festival canteen is not in operation).
Usage will be on a first-come, first-served basis, as the number of grills is limited.

Pets
At Festança we love animals! For that reason, we ask you not to bring your pets, as it is not allowed to bring them into Festival grounds, except for guiding dogs for blind people, and for those who bring a caravan, who can leave the animal in the caravan park inside Festança’s site. Walks with the animals must however be done outside of the festival’s site, and the animal cannot go to the rest of the site.
Not only have there been problems with lost dogs in the past, as well as dog fights, but also keep in mind that the sun, dehydration, noise and crowd density can increase stress and health problems for our beloved animals. For these reasons, pets are not allowed to enter. Be friends with your pet and he will thank you.
Why not to try “Pet sitting” if you have nowhere to leave him? A family member or a friend is a good idea, as well as a dog-friendly hotel if you feel the need. So, if you are coming from the coast of the country, we recommend this hotel in Marco de Canaveses, which is located about 30km from the enclosure, or if you come from the interior of the country, we recommend this hotel in Vila Real, which is located about 50km from the Festança’s site.
